Dealing with difficult people

We all been there, and we all have them at work. Difficult people defy logic. Some are blissfully unaware of the negative impact that they have on those around them, and others seem to derive satisfaction from creating chaos and pushing other people’s buttons. Either way, they create unnecessary complexity, strife, and worst of all, stress.

Unfortunately, most companies, do little or nothing when it comes to helping management to deal with these behaviors, many managers will try avoid potential conflict by ignoring the issues, therefore allow the individuals with thorny personality poison the work-environment and bring your teams morale down.

Another reality, is that, in many cases, Management also lack these necessary skills and tools to effectively handle this type of situations.
